Whyy Special?....The Volta System Lithium Battery will give you all the confidence to be off grid for a loooooong time!

The Volta system has a very unique battery system which borrows heavily from Plug-In Electric Vehicle technology.  It has a 13.5kWh Lithium Ion Battery pack which has more than 10 x more electrical capacity than the typical twin RV-Marine batteries.  Charging this is a big secondary 52V alternator, 3.6kW Inverter and two large 115V solar panels on the roof.  It can also be connected to 110V or 240V shore power.  The latter will charge the battery pack in one to two hours as will the alternator.  This electrical storage and quick regeneration dramatically increases 'off the grid' camping, and eliminates the need for a gas generator and extra fuel.  The lithium pack powers a 110V distribution system (like in your house) as well as a 12V system.   

Also unique with the Boldt is its all-season capability.  All water lines run inside the well-insulated body and all the tanks are electrically heated.  A 16 gallon propane tank allows for extended sub-zero camping trips.  The Truma heating system can be operated as a gas or electric or in any combination. 

This particular Boldt was bought new in 2021, was little used, and is in as-new condition. 

The Boldt uses Mercedes VS30 Sprinter chassis which uses an economical 3.0L turbo diesel engine coupled with a 7 speed automatic transmission. The Sprinter features the latest generation of driver aids including active lane departure, blind spot assist, collision avoidance, traffic sign assist, crosswind assist and active cruise control.
